Kolej Sultan Alaeddin Suleiman Shah (KOSASS) is proudly to be selected among all the instition (PTJ) to join for the few awards selection during HKIP UPM. There are 10 Awards of HKIP have been introduced as the following:

1. 
   Anugerah Penarafan Bintang Pengurusan Pentadbiran

     First Prizes  : Trophy + RM 2,000.00 + Certificate

     Second Prizes    : RM 1,500.00 + Certificate

     Third Prizes  : RM 1,000.00 + Certificate

2. 
   Hadiah Mencipta Tema

     - All participants will receive a certificate of participation

     - The only ONE winner will receive Cash + Certificate.

3. 
   Hadiah Idea Inovasi (INQ 2018)

     - Opened for all staffs of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

     - Only FIVE (5) winners will receive Cash + Certificate.

4. Anugerah Kualiti Persekitaran Tempat Kerja

     - Compulsory for all institution (PTJ) which didn't get the cert of Amalan 5S/EKSA.

     - THREE (3) categories have been introduced:

1. Category of Faculties/Foundations
2. Category of Institute/ Colleges/ SPS/ Academy
3. Category of Services Entity

     - The prizes to be given are:

     First Prizes  : Cash + Certificate

     Second Prizes    : Cash + Certificate

     Third Prizes  : Cash + Certificate

5. 
   Anugerah Pengurusan LEAN

     - Opened for all institutions of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

     - The prizes to be given are:

     First Prizes  : Cash + Certificate

     Second Prizes    : Cash + Certificate

     Third Prizes  : Cash + Certificate

6. 
   Anugerah Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreatif (KIK)

     - Opened for all KIK of each institutions of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

     - The prizes to be given are:

     First Prizes  : Cash + Certificate

     Second Prizes    : Cash + Certificate

     Third Prizes  : Cash + Certificate

7. Anugerah Inovasi Perkhidmatan

     - Categories of TECHNICAL and ADMINISTRATION

     - ADMINISTRATION

         Winners of The Best PTJ (Category 1)  : Cash + Certificate

         Winners of The Best PTJ (Category 2)  : Cash + Certificate

         Winners of The Best PTJ (Category 3)  : Cash + Certificate

10. 
    Anugerah Pengurusan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan

    - Winners of every Wakan will receive Cash + Certificate

    - Selected from the winners of Anugerah Tempat Kerja Selamat 

      Year 2017 for each categories.
