EKSA, introduced in January 2014, is the rebranding of the Public Sector 5S Practice. It is one of the initiatives aimed at improving the quality of government service delivery. This rebranding aligns with evolving demands and current expectations that emphasize enhanced performance, organizational competitiveness, and the cultivation of a creative and innovative culture across public sector departments and agencies.
At UPM, EKSA is also one of the evaluation criteria for the PTJ Star Rating.
