CLIENT'S CHARTER

The enforcement of Client's Charter for Achievement is to enhance the recent public administration, especially the concerns on the standard of services, productivity and quality of the public servants. Client's Charter for Achievement is also seem as an administrative mechanism for the purpose of providing the best quality of services which fulfill the demands from the client. 

Client's Charter for Achievement also focus on the satisfaction of the client. With the existance of it, client can have clearer picture about the function of the different department / agency under the government, thus bring them more convenience followed with their request and needs.
