The Student Representative Council (MPP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has held an intercollegiate Hero & Goddess Competition on 25 November 2023 (Saturday) which took place at the Main Stage, Convocation Festival & Agricultural Expo, UPM. Generally, this competition is held in conjunction with UPM's 47th convocation party which aims to open up space for UPM students in particular to unearth and nurture talent in the fields of culture and art.
Sultan Alaeddin Suleiman Shah College (KOSASS) has sent three participants to participate in this competition and all three participants have successfully received awards, namely sister Ainin who successfully received the Dewi Got Talent Award, brother Mohammad Hakimin bin Zamri who won the UPM Favorite Hero & Dewi Award and the main award was carried by sister Umairah Farisah Binti Ahmad Yuzri who successfully brought home the title of UPM Youth Goddess.
Bachelor of Science with Biochemistry with Honours, Faculty of Science, UPM, sister Umairah Farisah Binti Ahmad Yuzri, said she was very grateful for the achievement. He said that "Honestly, I did not expect this success but I feel happy. All this is due to the support and encouragement from fellows and also MPK Culture and Arts" he said. Not to be forgotten, Mohammad Hakimin bin Zamri's brother and Ainin's sister were also surprised and happy with the award achieved.
In this excitement full of joy, KOSASS people were also proud to congratulate these three participants. With this achievement, it is hoped that KOSASS collegiates can take it as a motivation to continue to be enthusiastic to make the name of KOSASS shine in the upcoming competition.
