COLLEGE'S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL (MPK)

Roles and Functions of MPK

Since the starting semester of 2019/2020, the name of student representative council have been changed from Majlis Tertinggi Mahasiswa (MTM) to Majlis Perwakilan Kolej (MPK). The role played by MPK is act as the plan-makers and executives for the college activities in a well-arranged schedules  (annual calendar of college activities) in every new session of the students' enrolment. The duration for their services is about 1 year according to the studied sessions. MPK lead by the President who assisted by the Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Blocks and the other exco.   

The selection of MPK is based on the following guidelines :

  1. Candidates must have at least ONE studied sessions.
  2. Candidates have been involved in any courses or activities which organised by college management or university.
  3. Candidates must achieve CGPA for at least 2.75 and above except for medical students or any other cases which in the decision of the principal.
  4. Candidates never get any penalty on disciplinary issues.
  5. Candidates are not following the industrial training except for medical students.
  6. The selection and validation will be made and approved by the college management.
  7. The criterias for the selection of each post in MPK will be decided based on the assessments by felo and college management.
