Management Board of KOSASS always cooperates to improve the quality of facilities or accommodation in this residential college, with their active involvement in various events of Hari Kualiti dan Inovasi Perkhidmatan (HKIP) UPM, and periodic audits and inspections. Recently, there are few awards as shown as below have been awarded due to their excellent performance.

Secretariat Communication & Publication of Student Representative Council KOSASS, always actively to deliver any information, news, and reports which related to students in KOSASS, UPM, even other universities, from or to the community, to enhance the relationships between KOSASS students and community. Various application of communication techniques, such as infographic or videographics, also have been implied in the management and updating of every media social platforms, website and publications of KOSASS UPM (Intan Nilam magazine).

The efforts and collaborations among members in Management Board of KOSASS and Secretariat Communication & Publication of Student Representative Council KOSASS will ensure the good reputation of both KOSASS and UPM to be honoured in the eyes of the world.
