SERDANG, UPM - The College Representative Council (MPK) Session 2023/2024 in collaboration with the Student Union, Student Affairs Division (BHEP), Waqf, Zakat and Endowment Management Center (WAZAN) and Sultan Alaeddin Suleiman Shah College Management (KOSASS) has organized KOSASS Sports Day (KOSSPORD) 3.0 which lasted for 2 days on 27 and 28 April 2024. This program is one of the sub-programs under Mega Festival KOSASS (Mega FESKOS) 2024 which is certainly one of the most anticipated college programs among collegiates COSASS.
According to brothers Ikmal and Ame who are the program coordinators for KOSSPORD 3.0 this time shared that this program is an annual sports event held in the college area where all the blocks in KOSASS are Eagles, Pigeons, Rajawali, Raja Udang, Deer, Kijang, Seladang, Pelanduk and Napuh who will compete with each other to grab the title as champions and want to gain a considerable advantage from the management of KOSASS itself. They said again, the main purpose of KOSSPORD 3.0 is to unite all KOSASS collegiates through sports because it can increase friendship with each other. This can be proven by the enthusiastic cheers from the supporters who were also present to inject the spirit of their block representatives who are competing.
KOSSPORD 3.0 features sports such as volleyball, handball, badminton and futsal. The preparations that were made took about a month to make the match schedule while a week was needed to prepare the sports equipment. It is hoped that with the annual sports event that is one of the identities of Mega FESKOS 2024 this time will be able to foster the spirit of all KOSASS collegiates to continue to be enthusiastic in taking on the challenge of carrying the name of their respective block and enlivening the upcoming sports.
