KOSASS Overall Champion PESKON

CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE 47TH CONVOCATION FESTIVAL
The Student Media Club (KMM) in collaboration with the Student Representative Council (MPP) of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has organized PESKON Acoustics on 1 December 2023 (Friday) at the Main Stage, Convocation Party, UPM. PESKON Acoustics is a closing event for the 47th Convocation Festival.
During the 47th PESKON, KOSASS sent several teams for intercollegiate competitions that were organized in conjunction with the event. For the Intercollegiate Nasyid Festival (FESNIK), the team from KOSASS, Syumul Ukhwah, was crowned as the Overall Champion. While for the UPM Hero & Goddess Competition, representatives from KOSASS have successfully brought home several awards such as the Got Talent Goddess Award, the UPM Favorite Hero Award and the main award which is the UPM Teen Goddess. Let's not forget that KOSASS also won the runner-up spot for Putra Got Talent and Mimpi Karya production under the Sartural Fansuri club which has won Third Place Overall as well as the Best Male Actor Award for Green Musical Drama Intercollege (GDMI) 2023. Thanks to the efforts and enthusiasm of the people of KOSASS, KOSASS has been successfully crowned as the Overall Champion for PESKON.
This success was also celebrated by the principal, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mohd. Mursyid bin Arshad as a sign of gratitude for the success achieved. He said "Alhamdulillah, KOSASS was crowned as the Overall Champion of PESKON 2023. Well done and congratulations to all KOSASS participants who participated and had a high fighting spirit and achieved excellent results in every competition." He also congratulated and congratulated the MPK Culture and Arts Secretariat for the 2023/2024 session, as well as the advisory fellows and alumni who were able to help guide and make this program a success. "The line of MPK, fellows, administration and KOSASS students who have supported to make PESKON 2023 a success and make KOSASS a champion are also not forgotten." continued Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mohd. Mursyid bin Arshad. He said "This is a synergy of 'Youth-Adult Partnership' which is the partnership between fellows as adult guides and students as youth groups that we work on in Positive Youth Development for KOSASS.
With this success, it is hoped that the collegiates of KOSASS will take it as an example as well as a fuel to achieve success in order to continue to enhance and raise the name of KOSASS.
